NVIDIA India's warranty scam

Hello, my name is Shivam and I'm from India.I brought GTX 1060 Founders Edition back in July 2018 for nearly $340 (USD) i.e., ₹ 24500 from the NVIDIA Official India website after saving money for almost 1 year. After 1 year, the GPU stopped working and I got replacement easily in 2019.

For warranty claim, we need to mail NVIDIA support and then they generate an RMA number which is used to claim warranty at RP tech service center in India. Now, I again encounter the same problem with my GPU on 16/02/2021 and then claim for warranty.

I visit near RP Tech (NVIDIA partner in India) with my RMA number and they said my GPU gold contact pins are rusted. They decline my warranty and when I argue with them, they rudely talk to me and making weird points like we will not give you warranty claim easily and we ourselves reject your warranty claim. After that, they said talk to NVIDIA Support we cannot do anything.

Now, this case getting interesting. I mail NVIDIA support explain them that the condition of my GPU is good and I never touched anything with my GPU that void my warranty. I explain them what happened in the RP Tech service center and sent them my GPU photos. NVIDIA support then told me on Saturday that they will check this issue internally and reply me on Tuesday.

I wait for their response and they didn't reply. So, I mailed them again on Wednesday about what's going on. They said to me that they are still investigating.

Thursday morning at 5:02 AM, they reply and give me another weird reason which is seriously unacceptable. They send me my GPU photo with highlighting screw and some soldering component and said that this is the reason your RMA is canceled i.e., my GPU warranty claim denied.

So, please guys I need your help to make this post to reach Linus so that he can see what kind of scam is happening in India. Even, their partner RP Tech employee said me that they will themselves reject my claim no matter what.

Due to pandemic, my family financial condition is not good right now. I am a college student and working on Android App Development. I am a casual R6 Siege player. Since, I use Ryzen 1500x CPU, I'm unable to use my PC without a GPU.

My last hope is Linus and I hope with the help of this beautiful PC community this post reach to LINUS SEBASTION.

Thanks to all

Well recently a guy I know got his GTX 1050ti's warranty rejected by gigabyte. They said that there may have been some fault in the system, they couldn't find something (I don't remember it was some sort of code/no.) On their database. When he argued they rudely replied that they won't be able to help if they didn't found the no. And the most common reason of not being able to find that is that the product is stolen or has been imported from any other country. They called him a week later showing that the card was marked as unsold in their database. He tried to meet the retailer who had kept his store closed due to the pandemic and then he found the bill and showed it, which didn't have any GST info.

Every single thing is fine and my GPU is in great. I'm attaching more closeup photos of the GPU.

No the PCI E pins, in the image they sent, they highlighted those with a orange line, they look a bit damaged but I couldn't see them in the image you have uploaded to Imgur for low image quality issues

Actually when I submit GPU for rRMA I forget to clean GPU because I have exam that very day. So, RP tech who handles nvidia service centre said me that they will clean it and Submit it for RMA. Next day they deny warranty for that by saying golden pin are rusted but when I clean it and send it to nvidia support to check it again they are denying.
