Weird noise in left bud

I've noticed recently that if I turn on anc on my buds pro after a while of not using it, (for example, I am not using anc right now as I type this, I have had it off the whole time I've been at work) the left bud makes a sort of low wind blowing noise, are my buds defective or what? I've tried reseting them, but the only temporary solution I have found, is to let the buds sit in the charging case overnight,  then the issue vanishes, but then come the end of night shift, like Baro ki teer in warframe the issue comes right back
