Pcie 8x to 4 M.2 card

Does anyone know if there is a card that can bifurcate a pcie 4.0 or 3.0 x8 slot to 4 pcie x2 m.2 slots

I was looking for the same thing just get a m.2 enclosure that inverts it into a sata ssd

 

 

 The best option is a Sabrent m.2 enclosure
