Not even remotely close to worth it at all. That is so far over the new price of it when it launched it's stupid.

Nope lol.

I've seen 1080Ti's go on ebay for about $500-600, $700 for the higher tier AIB models. Even with the current market, a 1080Ti isn't worth $1200.

You'll have to stick to that 970 until prices normalise. Once they do, that $1200 1080ti will be worth $300 or less.

Well you won’t be buying one new away. And the warranty wouldn’t apply and if it did you wouldn’t get anything. As most manufactures don’t have much to replace with.

The 1080ti is almost 4 years old. Your local store is still selling new 1080tis?? Though if they're charging $1200 USD for them I could understand why they're still sitting on shelves 4 years later.

To people recommending they purchase a 3080 and then assume an MSRP, what are you smoking? The unfortunate truth is that yes, a 1080ti is probably worth something close $1000 right because the market is in a chaos state. Nothing makes sense right now. Should you buy a new GPU right now? No. Should one sell an old one for a massive profit? Yes.

No one is buying 1k 1080ti’s. Nor would anyone be selling them for that much with the actual intention to sell them.
