Is this Mini ITX worth anything?

Looking at setting up a computer for internet and word documents only... need to build it in a 1U case, and keep it as cheap as possible.  Yes, there are lots of choices for Mini ITX mobo's that cost ~$100.  But I found something, and honestly wondered if it even works?

I get that this mobo is designed for bitcoin, it has no chipset... I could add a mSATA drive.... but would it run Windows and MS Office?  That is literally the extent of what I need... and I honestly have no clue.
If anyone has experience with this, or simply wants to test it themselves and let me know, thanks.

For responses... yes I am new to this forum, but I have been building custom rigs since the mid 90's... I just literally have no idea what this mobo can do, and don't want to buy it if someone already knows the answer.

I'm currently running Windows 10 with 2x4GB of laptop DDR3 (8gb total). Wasn't enjoyable at all with no drivers installed and windows 10 background stuff running, but after disabling all the annoying random stuff running in the background and downloading these drivers https://drivers.eu/Video/AMD/A8-4555M it got much better, I can even play minecraft at 900P while running discord in the background. BTW the HD 7600G igpu supports DX11. As long as you have realistic expectations this can be a good option for ITX on a budget

That's an interesting idea. It's got an AMD A8-4555M APU, released in 2012, which was originally designed for notebooks. With an SSD and a few sticks of DDR3 RAM, it would meet the minimum spec for Windows 10, but I'm not sure how the great the experience would be. It can also be difficult to tell exactly what you're getting when you buy used online.

Main PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC • Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White)

Peripherals/Other:

ASUS VG27AQ • G PRO K/DA • G502 Hero K/DA • G733 K/DA • G840 K/DA • Oculus Quest 2 • Nintendo Switch (Rev. 2)

Laptop (Dell XPS 13):

Intel Core i7-1195G7 • Intel Iris Xe Graphics • 16GB LPDDR4x 4267MHz • 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD • 13.4" OLED 3.5K InfinityEdge Display (3456x2160, 400nit, touch).

Got any questions about my system or peripherals? Feel free to tag me (@bellabichon) and I'll be happy to give you my two cents.
