Is it possible to get a shock from a water resistant headset when its wet ?

won't shock you, there are no voltages near enough to shock you in there. 

 

The biggest worry is the headset dieing due to water.

I daily walk in the afternoon with my headset. The packed said its water resistant, not waterproof.

I've already wet it sometimes, but im still worried if someday it will cook my brain if i get a shock on the head...

You're looking at amounts to small to do anything meaningful than give you a jolt like when building up large amounts of static.

low voltage shocks are not that noticeable.

yeah 5v is super dangerous. I wouldnt worry about it.
