Swapping gtx 1060 for rtx 3060 ti

This might be a dumb question, but I am going to swap as the title says. I currently get around 160fps on average on rainbow six siege, would I be able to get 300fps constant with 3060ti?

 

CPU -> ryzen 7 2700x

RAM -> 16gb 3200

Motherboard -> X470 Pro

Ah thanks, now it feels like an overkill. But i am gonna get the inexpensive one among 3060 ti anyway to future proof myself.
