in my build I recommended storage and motherboard that are cheaper and as good.

what you have in your build is good as well, just very expensive

the x570 gaming pro carbon isn't great. it can just about handle an overclocked 5800x, but will be quite hot. it's also very expensive.

the b550 boards from msi are much better. gaming edge, tomahawk or gaming pro carbon are all excellent and can handle even an overclocked 5950x

Looks like im going with the MSI MPG B550 GAMING CARBON. Is it able to run with the 5800x?

Don't forget to switch your RAM to one with CL16, because that one still has CL18.
