The difference would MAYBE be a degree so just get the cheaper one.

Have to agree with @jaslionhere on the thermal paste. 

 

For the Noctua NT-H1, check out their 10g tube if you ever need more. That's what I did when it was $13 and is worth every penny.

Yeah even "bad" thermal pastes like the arctic silver 2 are at worst like 3 degrees behind high end pastes.

If it's sealed it keeps for around 3-5 years normally. It's easy to see when it has gone bad. If the paste has a separated solid and liquid when you push it out it's basically expired.
