USB TO I2C adapter for ax1200i corsair

Anyone knows how can i change my defective dongle ( USB TO I2C ) on my ax1200i corsair for a New one? My dongle stops working today.  I send ticket for Brazilian local support rma service,  and USA too. This is the best way to do it?
