Can you remove updates "required for pc"?

Is it possible to somehow remove this (highlited) update?

I'm troubleshooting the inability to play League of Legends and this Windows update is very close to the date when the game stopped working properly..

It's extremely unlikely the game requires Flash to be installed. The update doesn't do anything other than remove that.

 

Here's Microsoft's information regarding this update (it mentions that you can't uninstall it)

And I don't understand why, it's a tool that removes Flash, not a vital component.. Flash could be put on Antivirus list if it has that kind of threat..

The update uninstalls Flash. Uninstalling the update won't restore/reinstall flash, so being able to remove the update makes no real sense. It wouldn't do anything.

 

Flash itself isn't a threat as such, but it has numerous flaws that have been exploited over the years. Which is why Chrome, Firefox, etc. had it disabled for some time already and/or at least required you to explicitly enable it for certain pages.

RIght, I understand, I'll just post in PC gaming the issue with League, that would be a better idea..

Here’s the real solution, install Linux and subsequently steam and LoL

Because Linux will let you do whatever you want to it, it won’t say “no you can’t delete that”, it will only ask if you’re sure first.

If your operating system is saying you’re not allowed to do something, you do not own it.

I agree but I'm too comfortable with windows.
