Play buttons are now victory trophies?? Keemstar!

The short story.

Romeo Lacoste Sued Keemstar for 3.5 million dollars and lost.

The tortious interference case was dismissed with prejudice (cant be refiled) this was not a defamation case.

(im not getting into any more of the specifics of the case)

 

Keemstar won lawyer fees of $150,000 USD, The parties came to an understanding that Lacoste would give his 1 MILLION SUB play button to KEEMSTAR to resolve the suit. it is unknown if that was the only concession.

 

Are play buttons like trophies now. do they get traded around after a lawsuit put them on twitter to declare victory?

And here is my pride and joy. Romeo Lacoste 1M sub Play button. 

I found the outcome hysterical and needed to share. I would be interested in the wan shows opinion.

Keep in mind YouTubers can request more play buttons.

I remember some guy asking for a whole bunch more and getting them. Maybe YouTube changed their policies, but I wouldn't doubt this is just another publicity stunt by these YouTubers.
