Is Seasonic S12iii Good?

i have future plan build with this spec:
MSI B350M Gaming Pro
AMD Ryzen 3 1300X / 3100 & Stock Cooler
G.SKILL RipJaws V Red 16GB (8GBX2)
MSI Radeon RX 460 4GB OC (Overclocked again so it use 72W rather than 48W)
WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM

With 1* Delta PFC1212DE (120mm 4.80A 5600RPM Fan)

and im planning to use Seasonic S12iii 450W

is this psu good? or is there better cheap option?

Gigabyte A320M-S2h Rev 1.2
Ryzen 5 1600 w/ Stock Wraith Spire

Micron 8GB 2666MHz From HP Prebuilt @ 3533MHz CL18 (Single Channel)

MSI RX 460 4GB OC w/ RX 560 Bios for couple months

WD Green 240GB m.2 SATA III 
WD Blue 7200RPM 1TB
WD Blue 5400RPM 1TB
Seagate Pipeline 5900RPM 500GB
Zalman ZM600-HP (Heatpipe Utilized PSU) 600W

It's ok but a bit limiting with the 450w option if you ever decide to upgrade. Often the cx550w is around the same price of the seasonic listed here so might want to look tat that
