This Chair BLEW MY MIND

Check out the Altwork Signature Station at: https://lmg.gg/N46SD

Buy SAMSUNG Odyssey G9 Gaming Monitor (PAID LINK): https://geni.us/n45e

This ergonomic desk lets you stand, sit, or recline however you want! But is it worth the huge price tag if you DON'T have an ergonomic issue like an RSI? What about gaming?

I wonder how much the shake is reduced if you just put a light basic 1440p 16:9 on there raher than the heavy ultrawide.

After thinking it over, it would at the very least reduce the time that the stand wobbles I even spoke with a customer service rep and a brief question to my wife (a mechanical engineer who works with stuff not quite but similar to this).

That said I'm likely to never buy

The way to reduce that monitor shake is to have the chair swivel instead. Keep the keyboard and monitor centered so that they just move up/down. You could then have 2 or even 4 mounting points instead of just one - a much more solid build especially given the weight of larger monitors and the weight of your hands on the keyboard rest. I'd also swap out that mouse for a wireless trackball in a heartbeat.

You can get all kinds of articulating mounts for phones/tablets/cup holders etc... that could be attached to this or modified to work. I have the ones that attach to your car's seat bolt made by Arkon but even a motorcycle bar mount could be adapted.

I am surprised though for something aimed at keeping you near horizontal that it doesn't have adjustable arm/elbow rests - kind of short sighted when their aim is to address proper ergonomics and comfort. Maybe v2 will be done better LOL

Sounds like a dangerous chair.

If the table and monitor arms were of the parallelogram type, it wouldn't shake nearly as much. I'm surprised they didn't try that type of setup.

The best answer is a La Z Boy recliner at 1/10 the price.

why is this chair so expensive compared to ingrem orionX? they should test a chair from iingrem instead. they are more designed to gamers

Yeah that's more designed for gamers lol

The other one seems more comfortable

well comparing the two from what i have seen i would not buy this one cause of the wobbly monitor and desk part. ingrem seems sturdier all around, but that is just my opinnion based on videos seen
