(Please Help) I have a specific case need

I am looking for a case that has more than 4 3.5inch mechanical hard drive bays, room for a 240mm radiator (+fans) and support a full size mobo.

 

I don't need anything fancy with RGB and glass etc, just a completely no frills, water cooling high mechanical drive capacity case at low cost.

You seem to want a lot for a small price, which isn't easy. Depending on how you define "low cost", this might be a bit much, but the Fractal Define 7 would be an option. You can fit even a 360mm rad into it and way more than 4 3,5inch drives. There is even an XL version of it with even more drive bays.

You can use PCPartPicker and set filters to auto-sort out the incompatible cases. Make sure to add the 240mm radsiator to your partslist, as it will take that into account and filter out cases like the $38 Zondda cases

For the hard drives you might could find a separate drive cage for them and mount it somehow inside or out of a case that fits all your other requirements.
