emmm i don't know what to write so,can someone suggest a budget m.2 nvme ssd. I now planning to build a budget pc at 800$ so i need some suggestion.

The sabrent rocket or rocket q are pretty good value

Why? What's the usecase?

Does not make sense. Cheap nvme can and will practically be worse than mid-range sata which costs similarly.
