no you have the real answer. just having a little fun

You’ll like law school then perhaps.  Linguistics could be another good one.  Lots of good stuff for people who like to memorize.  It’s a rare interest.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

My issues is similar but different.  I have near zero control over what gets memorized at all. Creates this thing where I’ve got all these factoids available in my head but I can’t do anything useful with them.

With me it’s even weirder.  Stuff has to hit me just right.  If it does, Boop.  There it goes into permanent storage complete with color.  I remember the moment  I learned to tie my shoes.  Might not have even been 1970 yet.  My dad was young, thin, and had a crew cut.  Not the bearded paunchy old man I eventually buried around the turn of the century.  I could paint the young him.   Did you know that if you look up the word “merkin” I an unabridged dictionary that is old enough it turns out the thing is a pubic hairpiece specifically for women?  Who needs to know that?  I remember the actual moment I learned it.  It came out of a white covered paperback book of trivia.  It’s the only piece of that thing I remember.  I was proven right in high school though.   Important stuff though, like where I’m going or what I’m doing or why I can’t remember if I walk out of the room.  Been like that my whole life.

Really nothing new here, more or less welcome to the old world video games. Board games and PnP games have been patented a long time and many do the same as in any other industry, just change it a little and get a new patent. Mostly it started because board games weren't seen as "creations of creativity" and so given copyright protection.
