STRIX X470 F ryzen 5000?

Hi, does anyone know if there is a bios update available for my motherboard to work on ryzen 5000 processors? I see in the bios update site it says new cpu support on one of them but I just want to make sure so I don't buy the cpu just to find out it won't work.

Pc Specs: 

Ryzen 7 5800x- ROG STRIX X470-F  - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16gb 3200mhz - Kraken X63 AIO - MSI VENTUS 3x OC RTX 3070 - EVGA 1000W GW - NZXT H500i

You need BIOS 5809 or higher for Ryzen 5000 support: https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-x470-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_cpu/

Keep in mind you might need to update your BIOS in specific steps and might not be able to update from current to newest.

So any of those in this picture will work?
