Budget gaming monitor for casual gaming help!?

Moordu

Hey everyone, thnx in advance for any tips you guys might give me.

So I am fishing for a new gaming display as I am using currently dual monitor setup with old a$$ Samsung SM 2494HM and Fujitsu both 24" @ 60Hz.
I would like to get 144Hz display BUT I cannot afford it right now as they are really expensive and I live in a 3rd world country where pay is $hit.

So right now I would settle for 75Hz 24" display for 1080p gaming.
PC Specs:
Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming
Ryzen 5 2600
T.Force Delta R 16GB DDR4 @3000Mhz
Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070 8GB

I am mostly playing games like Black Desert Online which is really demanding MMORPG with unique combat system PVP which really benefits from smooth and higher FPS and Tom Clancy's The Division 2.

I know some FreeSync displays are compatible with Nvidia cards, so basically my budget it for something like Acer Nitro VG240YBMIIX 24'" 75Hz but from what I see it doesn't have DisplayPort which I understand is needed in order for G Sync to work with FS Display.

So first of all do I even need G Sync for my rig and what display would you guys recommend for such rig and games that is price range of 150-200$ .

Thanks!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I sometimes do some content creating and video editing which I plan on doing more often in the future!

the best budget monitor imho is the AOC 24G2 imho

https://www.amazon.com/AOC-24G2-Frameless-Adjustable-Guarantee/dp/B07WVN6CWT/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=24g2&qid=1612219402&sr=8-3

anything under this in image quality you are better off buying any 144hz monitor used for under 100usd to save some money.

Yeah issue with that here is that both 24G2 AND C24G1 are 200$ used here and new is 250-260$ that's what I wanted to go with a bit cheaper option now.
