Location and board, 3570k would be my recommendation. If you were in cairns I

i5-3570k @ 4.4ghz (1.240v) || Asrock extreme 4 || CM Hyper 212 evo

Samsung 840 || WD blue 1tb || WD green 1tb || Powercolor 7870 xt @ (1200 mhz core : 1500 mhz mem)

Powered by a silverstone strider 500w psu in a NZXT 210.

Well, I am in Palestine specs are:

Case: something I randomly got so not a great but it does have a cutout for "Exotic" backplates.

PSU: Generic High quality (I know that this might be a problem but the least decent PSU is 300$).

RAM Samsung 4GB DDR3 @ 1066 MHZ with a timing of 9-9-9-24

CPU: Sandy Bridge Pentium G620 @ 2.6 GHZ

Cooler: forget exactly what it's called but it's a 2 heat pipe small heatsink with one 92MM fan.

HDD :160GB seagate HDD

GPU : AMD radeon 7570 ( was in a hurry because the iGPU sucks.)

Budget: about 100-200$

Also I wouldn't mind switching to AMD. (I was considering this)

Switch to AMD, get yourself a 1TB HDD and a better gpu like 750 Ti

Get an i3 4330, MSI H87-G41 or ASUS H87M Plus and get a single Kingston ValueRAM 8GB stick for the memory. If you want to upgrade the other stuff, get a 500GB or 1TB WD Caviar Blue for the HDD, and get a GTX 750 Ti, it's a great card for the money and it consumes a very small amount of power, so you should be fine with your current power supply.
