Cant Work Out Refresh Rate Plz Help

says  Horizontal Refresh Rate 30~82KHz Vertical Refresh Rate 56~76 Hz not sure what that means

Vertical refresh rate is ~75Hz. So that would be it a MAX 75Hz refresh rate.

you have to enable it under advanced display settings in display settings.
