Cant Work Out Refresh Rate Plz Help

was given this for free from my nanas sister and wanted to know the refresh rate of it

 

says  Horizontal Refresh Rate 30~82KHz Vertical Refresh Rate 56~76 Hz not sure what that means

Vertical refresh rate is ~75Hz. So that would be it a MAX 75Hz refresh rate.

that what i thought but i only get 60hz

you have to enable it under advanced display settings in display settings.
