Is this a good mother board

Hey I am getting the i7 9700k with 16gb of dual ram, the MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240R AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, and a 3060ti. Is the Asus Prime Z390-A Motherboard the best motherboard for intel?

Best board for Intel? No. Good midrange board? Yes. If I had to get a board in that range, that's probably the one I would choose, if nothing else just because of the Thunderbolt AIC.

This motherboard isn't the best, however it's decent. Also I suggest getting a 10th gen i7 instead of the 9th gen you are getting (if you are buying new of course).
Other than that, your choice is very decent

Wait why a 9700K? It’s lack of HT kinda makes it a bad deal, especially since a lot of games nowadays eat up those extra threads.

also why do you need an AIO?

yah I figured so I picked this mother board because it is compatible with 10th gen, same one just 10th gen compatible. Also I was recommended that AIO cooler to go with this case

Case: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0839Y7933/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

Cooler: https://www.newegg.com/msi-liquid-cooling-system/p/N82E16835846008?Item=N82E16835846008

You can get much better cases for that money

A decent Air Cooler will be much better than that AIO tbh

If you want to use that mobo then you have to get a 10th Gen cpu
