What is this cpu cooler?

I got a prebuilt last year, and I just recently upgraded to a ryzen 5 3600, Im not sure whether to use this cooler (pictures below) or the amd wraith stealth stock cooler. I would compare them but I have no idea what the other cooler is. Help would be very appreciated!

It looks somewhat similar to the AMD wraith spire design, iirc cooler master does make the stock coolers for amd's lineup of chips but I'm not sure about that. I'd just go for the stealth, though.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

The one pictured is just a "generic" Cooler Master model. If I had to wager a guess, I'd say that it would cool a bit better than the Stealth (it's got more aluminum, after all), but it would likely be a bit louder in the final 75-100% fan speed area based off experience with similar-looking similar-size CM CPU cooler fans.
