How do I convert a .Bin file to an ASUS .CAP file?

So I have used the mecleaner tool to modify Intel ME partitions on the BIOS file that came as a .CAP file. I converted the .CAP file to the .BIN format, so I can modify intel ME via mecleaner. I found some tutorials to convert the .CAP file into a .Bin file, but not the other way around. Asus only lets you flash the BIOS with a .CAP file, and as I said, there is no tutorial (I could find, at least) to turn .BIN files to .CAP files.

How can I convert these files?

EDIT: I plan to flash the Asus Z370 A-II, if that helps.

EDIT 2: I found tutorials on converting the .bin file to .cap files, but it only works on EZFlash 2 mobos. My mobo only works on EZFlash 3 mobos

You don't "convert" by the exact meaning of the word, if you where thinking like file conversion.

All you do is right click and "rename" the bios file.

Simply rename

Asus-Z370-A-II-BIOS.BIN

to

Asus-Z370-A-II_BIOS.CAP

or

Visa Versa.

If I convert the .bin file to a .CAP file, does it successfully update the bios?

EDIT: Tried it, and the file won't update the bios
