Need driver cd/files for Fake GTX 1050 ti

I am looking for the drivers for a Fake 1050 ti.  I know this is actually a GTS 450 or similar.  I don't want to mess with trying to flash a bios, just want to install a working driver for this card.

I have tried to flash the correct bios, NVFlash will not work.  Just trying to find the disk that was sent with these cards.
