Hi not sure if in the wrong discussion

 

But is there anyway I can change my IP address/location but still be in the UK for free

you can use a free VPN, but I'd be weary of free VPN's, as you (and your personal details) are definitely the product in that exchange.

you could look for cloud hosting services like google cloud, azure, aws, oracle. they have free tiers where you can host your own vpn. but, this might stop you from using certain websites if they block VPNs.
