How to disable the automatic “switch fan mode” on asus rog strix laptop?

** sorry for my bad English **
Hey there

 I am experiencing some annoying issue while playing game that is not “demanding game” like football manager 2021 , the fans mode are changing every couple of minutes 

and it’s freaking me out!! 
Plz guide me how to disable this feature!!
