Ryzen 5 2600 - RX590 not good in Warzone

I have 3 problem.

1) I can't gain even 1 fps. My fps is same on all settings, I'm getting same fps on very low settings and high settings. 

2) I'm getting low fps in Warzone. In houses i'm getting 90 fps. But in downtown i'm getting 65-75 fps. When i trying to gain some fps, my first problem is happening. It all started after Cold War update. I tried everything, i edited adv_options file (which is a common solution) with 40 different numbers, but it didn't fix. Solutions in youtube videos was same and useless for me.

3) My English not too good, sorry if i did a mistake somewhere.

Sounds about right tbh, update after update - when I first started Warzone I could average closer to 120 FPS, last time I played it was in the 80's - performance wise we have similar setups

CPU: I would have a 2700X, 3600 or 10400F minimum for Warzone...

GPU: What ever best you can afford preferable GTX 1070 / RX Vega 56 or better? 

 

With the specs you have 60+ should be fine. c:

Yes, we loss fps after every update but the thing that i really don't understand is why my fps doesn't change when i change my settings?

I don't think 60 fps is what this pc deserves. And i was thinking RX590 and GTX 1070 so close to each other. If i would upgrade, i'd buy a more good gpu than GTX 1070. I think upgrading from RX590 to GTX 1070 is not worth.

Frames per SECOND - in that 1 second interval there is nothing more, or less, it (CPU provides frame time, GPU fills frame time) can do.  Next second rinse repeat rinse repeat = FPS.  

 

A GTX 1070 is around 25% faster than an RX 590 which is about 13% slower than an R9 Fury X until memory becomes an issue (but still semi resolved with HBM vs GDDR)

 

What the person was saying is that the 1 second you get to fill frame time, you need a very fast CPU to make the most amount of frame time, to max out the GPU regardless of which.

Yep I heard this game goes to 100% on the 10400f and 3600 so imagine what it does to a 2600?

What the person was saying is that the 1 second you get to fill frame time, you need a very fast CPU to make the most amount of frame time, to max out the GPU regardless of which.

1.) That is not the case - the CPU is fine, the software heavily prefers many cores - uses all 16 threads on the 1700. 

2.) Always overclock if you can mitigate the heat - free performance

3.) I dont think you would - because the game is also bound to network latency.  

 

Do you own the base game?  What FPS do you get in the base game when you arent waiting for all the map updates to filter in and compute (every second) into possible sprites to have to load the the screen - online games have network caused frame issues as well because its another portion of the FPS equation.

The adv_options.ini file you can change how many render cores the game will use.

The default is 4, but change it to how many cores your CPU have.

 

I have been running into stuttering / frame dropping issues in Warzone with my 5700XT.

From what I can see, the game has a VRAM memory leak or something....

GPU VRAM goes up to 105%+ metrics is showing game eventually tries to use 8.8GB of VRAM....on a 8GB 5700 XT....

The default VRAM percentage is 0.85. I actually tried 0.95, and that didn't help.

Going DOWN to 0.75 and then 0.70 helped ... now VRAM usage is like ~7.5GB.

To be fair the game devs targeted 60fps, but best chance to reach the goal would be 3rd gen or 5th gen Ryzen 8-cores or more paired with a dual-rank 3600MHz kit. UwU

It is fine, your system meets or exceeds the requirements for COD Warzone, the lower FPS is probably due to the update you mentioned.
