Buying parts all at once is honestly a rookie mistake if you don't need it immediately for school/work or whatever. You're almost always better off picking things up here and there, waiting for sales or price drops.

Hence the italicized almost. That would imply to most that there are the occasional exceptions.

I strongly don’t recommend that list, even if it isn’t related to your topic.

Something like this would be better. 

Now back to your question, I think that it doesn’t really matter if you buy than separately or all together. Due to stock issues right now you should do a mix of both tbh
