Need help bypassing FRP on samsung device

Hello, i have downloaded a software that claims that can bypass FRP lock.

 

on samsung devices and i think it wanted to do something but i just i stumbled with this issue...

 BTW the program is called Easy Samsung FRP tool 2020 v1

 

The current device i have is a samsung galaxy s5 neo. The only thing i know about that device is that's 

someone decided to give the device. Obviously i don't know the old google account on the device.

So what i know, the software forces the phone to open a link to a APK file then once installed then it will bypass the device,

but when i click on Bypass FRP button

this is what i get:

Then i get a message on the phone "no installed apps work with this usb accessory"

which is weird beacuse all android phones com bundled with at least chrome or 

a browser.

if i click on the view button for some reason i opens youtube, but later get replaced by the google login page..

We can’t help you with something like this, it’s against the community guidelines. Besides, with programs like that you don’t know what you are really downloading, many of them are malware or have malware hidden within them.

Cant help with this. The only official way to do disable FRP lock is to use the Developer settings on the phone itself
