Problem with new Bluetooth Adapter with DualShock 4

Hi everyone! I have a used a PS4 controller for steam games for almost a year now. I've been strictly using it wired because my PC doesn't have bluetooth capabilities. Today I purchased a bluetooth adapter which I've spent several hours trying to get to work with the controller to no avail.

 

Drivers look like this

It tries to connect...

Buuuut eventually this...

I've tried reinstalling the software, tried reinstalling drivers, tried installing different drivers (doesn't work) Tried restarting computer several times doesn't work.
