Intel I225-V Affecting 1GBPS Connections?

I'm worried my motherboard might have the Intel I225-V packet loss bug so considering returning it. However I only have a 1gbps connection. Just want to confirm I won't run into disconnects cus I have only a 1gbps connection.

Intel Core i5-3570K @ 4.2Ghz @ 1.16V (CPU-Z + LinX)

Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H F16K BIOS

ASUS RX570 Strix Gaming 4GB 1300/1750

Kingston HyperX DDR3 8GB @ DDR-1600

Corsair AX750

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB and Western Digital Red 3TB

Its just a hypothetical problem, did you try it and it doesn't work, did you follow the guide to solve the issue ?.probably not. If you just afraid of it return it
