RTX 3070 Laptop for around 1800$

Hi guys i hope you all doing ok.

 

As the topic says i'm looking for a laptop around 1600-1800$ with rtx 3070, ryzen equipped with 120-144-165hz 1440p display if possible. I'm travelling a lot but it's with my car so in this case the weight and thickness isn't important. I'm looking for a really beefy boy as thick as possible with highest power delivery (if possible +130w is my go to) with good cooling and moderate display i don't care anything else like build quality or such. I'm not thinking to downgrade to 3060 in this price range.

Edit= I'm thinking about asus g17 with rtx 3070 (115+15w) and 1440p 165hz display as the reviews coming out. If there is any better cooled laptop with higher power delivery i want to get info's about it.
