Is my graphics card broken?

I was getting on my pc and I realized I haven’t cleaned the dust off it in like ever and so I was super dumb and didn’t search anything up on how to do it and used a paper towel and I used it on my graphics card but now when I turn my pc my monitor won’t detect my hdmi is my graphics card broken?

Make sure the card is seated properly. I had the same problem as your 2 years ago with my Asus GT 440, and the problem was that. Make sure you apply force to both the parts of the card(the part with power connector, and the part with the shield)
