Nah man that GTX 960 is gonna be holding you back. You need a better GPU than that. Cyberpunk will be GPU bound for sure and will run at like 30fps or possibly lower depending on what's going on during the scene. If your strapped for cash trying to pick up something nice on Ebay is a pretty good option. 2 years ago I managed to snag a 1070 for $200

You'll get a slightly better experience like 40-45fps on low if you have the 6GB version. Honestly you really want at least a 1660S for the best possible experience in Cyberpunk. In older games that still run on DX11 though you should get a better decent performance boost over the GTX 960 no matter if you get the 3GB or 6GB version of the 1060. Just don't expect the greatest experience out of Cyberpunk unless you can afford a pretty beefy GPU.
