4K, color accurate and bright monitor.

kucharczykt

I'm looking for a monitor around 200-300USD (cheaper is better) that has a 4k or 1440p panel with at least a 300 nit panel, color accuracy is the least of my priorities as I mainly just don't wont something with garbage color quality since I don't do any serious photo or video editing. I don't really have preference on response times or refresh rates although g-sync would be nice I think that's quite a bit to ask at this price point.

The asus proart is good for that. For that price it's basically pick one. Color or gaming performance.

All of the 4k pro-arts on asus's website are over 1,000.

If you're any smaller than 30", definitely go 1440p. I've used some massively high DPI monitors before including a 4K Zenbook, and I do photo editing where theoretically one cares the most. Anything with a pixel density higher than 200px/in is all the same at any reasonable sane viewing distance; going 4K in a 27" or smaller is a waste of money and GPU power.
