My Wifi and Headset

So a while back my ping was going from 20-40 and everything was fine. Then, one day it just decided to randomly launch to 300. This happened across multiple video games and ONLY on my computer. I tried to plug an ethernet connector to a wifi expander thing I have to counter the 300 ping. However, it barely worked. My laptop can be anywheres around my computer and have a perfect connection. I have tried updating drivers too. Not sure what I should do now, I also tried reseting my router.

 

My headphones are another issue, my headphones have a static noise sometimes when I start up my computer and it wont go away until I reset it. It happens too often, maybe every other time I turn on my computer it creates static. I tried my headphones on my laptop and they work fine, I tried cleaning the audio port and swapped to the case one and still had static. I tried new headphones entirely and yet they still make static. I tried updating drivers which didnt work.
