Cant flash bios on my MSI B550m Bazooka

Hi guys, English isn't my native language, sorry for errors.

Just bought components to build my first desktop pc. 

Msi B550 motherboard - AMD Ryzen 5600x - A W.D. M.2 drive - 16Gb Ram in a be quiet case.

what happens is that my motherboard shows by a debug light that my CPU has a problem, so mi system wont let me go even into bios loading.

Reading online, i realized that ti needs a bios update, so i tried flashing it with a USB drive, without success.

I've tried every tutorial that i can find, but it wont update - either the bios-flash light wont start blinking without the CPU installed, or if i have the CPU installed it wont stop blinking indicating in both cases (according to google) that the bios flashing process hasn't started or finished in any case.

Any advice so i can finally complete my build?

Find a buddy (or local pc shop) with a 3600X and post the board to update the bios.
