There are darker spots on my lcd monitor

There are darker spots on my lcd monitor and I don't know if they are dead pixels or not. Is there an easy solution? The monitor is also brand new, it's a Samsung C24F390FHU

Doesn't look like damaged pixels, it looks like dirt. If you cant clean it off its possible its trapped between one of the layers of the monitor. In which case you will need to RMA, or just return the monitor.
