PC on, Screen black, Keyboard off, Mouse off. HELP!

Over the past year I have had an issue with my computer randomly turning off the screen, keyboard and mouse without warning. This ONLY happens however when my 2nd stick of ram is added. This problem started when I upgraded to 16gb of ram. Since this problem started, I have done the following trying to fix it:

- Motherboard replacement
- Ram replacement (new stick of ram was replaced not my original stick)
- PSU replacement

I am really running out of ideas on what could be causing this. I tried to test the ram to see if it was my original stick of ram with memtest86, but it turned off mid way through. Can someone please help me figure out this issue/
**NOTE** This problem happens at random time intervals (e.g. 2 minutes or on the rare occasion it won't crash at all)

System Specs:
- Ryzen 3 2200g
- GTX 1650 Super 6gb
- 2x8gb HyperX Fury DDR4 (Currently only running 1 as the crashes dont seem to happen)

- Coolermaster MWE 550 watt gold 
- 240gb Crucial SSD
- 2tb Seagate HDD

- Windows 10 64-bit
