My first pc build - Choosing a motherboard

Hey guys, i have short listed two motherboards for my first pc build and i just wanted to get a bit of advice from those who would know which board overall would be the better option, taking into consideration vrms, cooling, features and overall quality.

 

I am looking at the MSI B450M MORTAR MAX and the ASUS B450 TUF PRO GAMING (i realise the one board is atx vs matx)

I would personally choose the MSI Mortar: I'm no VRM expert but it's been quoted as one of the best B450 boards many times and it seems to have more versatile I/O options than the TUF (ant that flash BIOS button on the external I/O is a huge bonus!)
