I would say absolute minimum would be 650w for stable power availability, and probably 750w is going to give you more peace of mind.

Please make sure to buy an PSU from a good brand. I bought one from Gigabyte: GP-850M for my 3070 and the OCP was tripped due to transient spikes from the GPU.
Corsair is a good brand. Do not cheap out on the PSU. Watts is not everything.

For a 3600 with 3060 even a good 550w is more than enough. Better a high-end 550w than a mediocore 650w.
