Help im bad with troubleshooting

my pc screen flickers sometimes and then my pc restarts this has happened for a while and is happening more often now.

Im not sure what could be the problem but the flickers look like small squares around 3 or 4 in a diagonal line 

i am new to pcs and all this stuff so im not sure what it could be but i think its my graphics card or my motherboard

Lets start small. What is your computer? Is it a desktop or a laptop? What are the specs? Better post one or several pictures in the post of the problem rather an attach a video, not that many people will want to download a random file that has been uploaded.
