Need recommendation and critics for my build plan

After 1 month planning everything ruined because price up and miner who buy all gpu. 

 

My build ended with all the stuff below except GPU

Im just planning to build a pc since my laptop die. 

 

This spec for what i gonna make 

 

PROCESSOR :

MOTHERBOARD :

Do you guys think this too much ? 

Any thoughts to improve this build ?

Although I would recommend getting an aftermarket Air cooler ($40-$50) to help

3rd party cooler, such as the Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO (great cooler for $34 USD)

I would choose some different RAM, but that is just opinion.

I want to buy noctua air cooler, maybe nh-u12a or nh-d15, but i gonna focus collecting the primary part first,  since my local store maybe need to order from other region

Do get something with decent airflow rather than just "a case". Considering that the RTX 3070 is probably an open cooler design and you will be using an air cooler for the processor, the last thing you want is your case to become a heat trap.

For rtx 3080 is like $±1700 here in indonesia. And i dont think they sell the founder edition in indonesia

Maybe i will add that hard drive and try to change my ram to corsair
