Microphone G635 Cutting out

Hello People of the internet!

 

So i`m having this issue with the microphone on my Logitech G635 that when i hold a tone or word for about 2-3 second the volume suddenly drops.

i think the best way to visualise it is : AAAAAaaaaaa.

i tried messing with the settings and searching online for a solution but nothing worked for me.

Any ideas i can try?

Autogain or loudness equalization. Search the "old" audio settings in Windows. You might find something in the tab "enhancements". (You need to disable it.)

Hi, i think i already did that and it doesn`t do anything for me...

any other tips?

Just wondering if you ever solved this issue. I am having the EXACT same issue with my G635...Even when I transfer the headset to a DIFFERENT computer the same thing happens...."AAAAAAaaaaaaaa".
