how many watts do i need?

Im 13 years old and im building my first pc soon. I want to upgrade this pc to a 3700x / 3070 in the near future, and i was wondering if a 750w 80+ Gold psu would be sufficient, or should i go 850w?

750w should be fine. What parts are you originally buying? What PSU do you plan to buy.

750 watts should be perfectly fine.

It really depends on which 750w. The 3070 especially would cause problems with some psus.
