Is it worth going for 5Ghz on a 9600k?

I've been toying with the idea of trying to get 5Ghz on my 9600k preeeeety much since I got it. I'm at a stable 4.7Ghz right now and I don't have any complaints really. How much would the performance increase yield? Should I just wait till I can afford to upgrade?

I'd appreciate your guys' thoughts.

Thank you!

Performance improvements depend on your graphics card and resolution you are playing. Basically, if your are GPU bound now, then the performance improvements will be negligible. If you are CPU bound in your games, then you can see a more noticeable fps bump.
