Transferring photos from iphone to android didn't go smoothly

I recently bought a new oneplus 8T, a phone I've been wanting to switch from my aging iphone se 1st gen.

I used oneplus' inbuilt application Oneplus Switch.

So I got my photos but there's a small problem, some of the photos, particularly images from my previous iphone 4, have defaulted to the date 1/1/1970 and 2/1/1970 (dd/mm/yyyy).

If anyone could help me fix this that would be great :))

I also have an issue with instagram where it shows oldest pictures first when I try to send one to a friend, I know this isn't really part of my original issue but if someone could point me in the right direction so it shows recent first that would be awesome

I'll provide a screenshot, the first photo is from yesterday and the others are from 1/1/1970
