MSI RADEON R9 390, is it dead? -devo

PREXcerberus

Basically long story short, i got an r9 390 in 2016 brand new off the shelf, never overclocked it, was all good, then like idk how long ago quite a while now my card started black screening whenever i opened a game, apart from minecraft that card loves mc. but basically its getting to about 30 secs into the game and it black screens, and when i reset it, the computer appears to be booting up like usual, but there's no input to the monitor at all. im running i5-6600k 3.5ghz stock clock +water cooling 16gbs ram 1000w PSU and yeah. i've obviously done a complete clean reinstall of the drivers too on multiple versions to see if any are more stable, no luck, took it out cleaned the fans and radiator, added new thermal grizzly paste, was running colder than frozone's piss but it still kept crashing and giving me black screen. im at a loss, was hoping i wouldnt have to get a new gpu just yet but if theres a work around for rn id love to hear it.
