Panasonic Monitor TH-50PHD8UK Audio & Video Blades/Cards

I recently acquired a 50" Panasonic monitor that has the ability for the end user to swap out the audio and video inputs by the use of removable cartridges,blades, cards or whatever they are called. It currently has mostly VGA and BNC connection for audio and video.

There are DVI and HDMI cards available for this monitor. The single input HDMI card has a part number of TY-FB8HM. There is also a dual port HDMI card TY-FB10HMD. A DVI would be nice too.

Anybody holding? Maybe got an old broken monitor that one of these could be salvaged from?
